These terms govern your use of Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency's website and booking through it. By making a booking or an inquiry, you agree to them. Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency runs on Safaris.rw, a platform that provides the website, booking, and payment infrastructure — this page covers your relationship with Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency, the business you're booking with.

Bookings and inquiries

When you submit a booking or inquiry, you're sending Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency a request — it's confirmed once Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency accepts it and, where a price is shown up front, once payment goes through. For tours or stays where the price isn't shown, Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency will follow up with a quote before anything is charged. Make sure the details you submit (dates, party size, contact info) are accurate — Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency plans around what you provide.

Payment

Where a booking is paid online, payment is processed through Mobile Money or card, via Safaris.rw's payment infrastructure, on Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency's behalf. We don't store your full card number — that's handled directly by the payment processor.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, contact Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency directly using the details on the contact page. Refund handling depends on how far ahead you cancel and the payment method used — Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency will let you know what applies to your booking.

Your account

If you create an account to track your bookings, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Your account is specific to Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency's site — it doesn't carry over to other businesses on Safaris.rw.

Acceptable use

• Submitting false or misleading booking details.
• Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or another traveler's account.
• Using the site for anything illegal or fraudulent.

Liability

Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency is responsible for the tours, stays, or transport it offers. Safaris.rw provides the underlying website, booking, and payment platform but isn't a party to the booking itself.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.

Changes to these terms

Sanitas Travel and Tour Agency may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
